König is a Girona-based family company. We opened our first premises in Girona city centre in February 1973. Our company name, König (the German word for king), represented in all our restaurants by the emblem of a crowned king figure, is a clear nod to the German elements of our cuisine. Currently, we have eight establishments in the province of Girona, two in the center of Barcelona, one in the city of Vic and one in Blanes.
We try to be a referent with our wide offer of sandwiches and German-style sausages, along with the large  variety of tapas and dishes of our menu, as well as the healthy eating requirements of today’s tendencies that require healthy ingredients for high quality sandwiches, varied salads made with natural, local best products.
